The Background
The TAG Company has grown dramatically with revenues increasing from £5m (2004) to £12m (2005), with £30m of sales for 2006.
TAG recognised the need to manage their business more effectively, enabling further rapid growth.

The CVL Solution
CVL identified the two key areas of the business which were inefficient or likely to become stretched, and devised a number of changes to meet the challenge ahead.
Both these business processes were reviewed in detail; issues were grouped, root causes assessed and future changes identified.
The final stage was the design of an implementation plan, which addressed both one-off improvements and ongoing business process change.
The Benefits
CVL delivered benefits including improved forecasting and inventory control. Standardised documentation was put in place to efficiently manage these processes.
TAG now have greater control throughout their sales process and achieve greater accountability from suppliers through enhanced controls and measures.
As an added benefit of the project, TAG managed to eradicate the duplication of processes and system input.
