The Background
FHM.com had embarked on a programme to develop and roll-out its online platform to each of its licensee partners in 30 territories worldwide.
This involved not only a significant development effort but also the creation of a new operational unit that would set-up, launch and support each of the partner territories.

The CVL Solution
CVL undertook a full review of existing platforms and all development streams. Key staff were interviewed in order for internal processes, timelines, milestones, bottlenecks and organisational structures to be taken into account.
These staff attended facilitated workshops to develop a "To-Be" operating model.
CVL developed indices for the Service Pack and Operations Manual based on the "To-Be" phase of the project.

CVL developed a structured approach to defining and framing a complex challenge; defining the elements of the change programme and gaining buy-in from the business.
CVL prepared a detailed project plan for implementing the change programme and provided support on organisational and technical areas beyond the scope of the original remit.
CVL was able to give the client confidence that the global roll-out would proceed smoothly and was able to demonstrate that every detail of implementation had been accounted for.
