2|entertain is a media publishing joint venture between Woolworths Group and BBC Worldwide.

Appointed as the lead consultants, CVL were asked to support the entire Joint Venture end-to-end solution.

Originally working alongside the VCI management team, CVL's brief began at the due diligence stage and encompassed involvement in all practical aspects of the merger.

CVL's involvement spanned the integration of processes, systems, people and distribution partners as well as new ways of reporting and business governance. Effective change management was a key deliverable throughout.
